Schoolhouse Electric is a Portland, Oregon based lighting fixture company that strives to preserve the hand-crafted production process while maintaining the heritage and integrity of American lighting design. Schoolhouse Electric has showrooms in Portland, Oregon and New York City, as well as a widely circulated catalog. Mudshark Studios began working with Schoolhouse Electric in spring of 2008 and continues to manufactures new designs for Schoolhouse Electric along with their very popular, Alabax light.
